Engineer - Structures

Job Description Under the supervision of a Senior Engineer, perform detailed structural designs and calculations for structural systems in commercial and industrial fields for both reinforced concrete and structural steel type structures. When required assist with Revit modelling. Take responsibility for structural design and drawings. Be part of a project team, liaise with other professional team members and contractors. Attend planning, design and site meetings, and ad-hoc site inspections. Manage less complicated projects Work to ensure the implementation of safety and integrity principles in structural documentation. Promote compliance with all relevant engineering standards and internal procedures for all design activities. Assist with the compilation of bids and proposals.
