2. Current LPN Licensure in the state of West Virginia.
3. Current CPR certification.
EXPERIENCE:
1. Completion of UHC's Licensed Practical Nurse II Certification Course.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:
1. Current ACLS Certification.
EXPERIENCE:
1. Six (6) months to One (1) year of recent experience in an Acute Care Setting.

Administers medications as ordered by physician and according to accepted policy and procedure 100% of the time.
Demonstrates the ability to function effectively as team leader in respect to organization, communication, and prioritization 95% of the time.
