As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and strategic financial planning to drive our organization's success.Manage and direct all accounting and financial control functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reportingDevelop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectivesOversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP and local regulationsLead the annual budgeting and planning process, working closely with department heads to align financial goals with operational objectivesAnalyze financial data and provide actionable insights to senior management for informed decision-makingEnsure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and tax laws in IndonesiaImplement and maintain robust internal control systems to safeguard company assetsManage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutionsSupervise and mentor a team of accounting and finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvementOptimize financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy
