Duty Engineer

Ensure smooth operation of all hotel engineering and maintenance systems.Conduct routine inspections of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, elevators, lighting, and fire safety systems.Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests.Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues.Supervise maintenance team and coordinate with contractors when necessary.Maintain records of maintenance schedules, equipment performance, and repairs.Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.Assist in energy conservation efforts and sustainability initiatives.Report major breakdowns and recommend necessary upgrades or replacements.
