ServiceNow Systems Administrator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Systems Administrator to join our growing IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow principles and practices, as well as proven experience in configuring, customizing, and maintaining ServiceNow instances. The candidate will also have a minimum Secret security clearance, up to Top Secret.Responsibilities:Configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow instances to meet the needs of the organizationDevelop and implement workflows and automations to improve efficiency and streamline processesTroubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow issuesProvide technical support to ServiceNow usersStay up-to-date on the latest ServiceNow features and best practicesMaintain ServiceNow documentationWork with other IT teams to integrate ServiceNow with other systemsParticipate in security audits and assessmentsFollow all security protocols and procedures
