Design Manager - Federal

AECOM is currently seeking a Design Manager for a Federal Client in the DC Metro Area. The Design Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for delivering design phase services.Responsibilities include: Defining and reviewing design requirements,Fee proposals, and design schedulesOversee design project managersManage design phase services from pre-design (including site visits and data collection) through to the completion of design and hand-off to the on-site CM teams before construction beginsDevelop implementation strategies for the design approach, define design requirements, and assist in preparing baselines such as estimates, schedules, and scopes.
