Central Washington University is recruiting two Maintenance Mechanic 2 to join our Building Repair & Maintenance team in Ellensburg, Washington. This role is an important member of our team as they support operational needs for the University. The Maintenance Mechanic 2 performs skilled work in the operation, maintenance, repair, remodeling and construction of buildings, mechanical facilities, and equipment both individually and with other Facilities Maintenance staff as needed. Incumbents work independently and utilize a general knowledge of several related skill fields such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
