Absolute Comfort Technology, LLC. is looking for an HVAC Residential Sales Professional to help lead and manage the residential sales team to achieve company objectives, develop and implement sales strategies, and ensure team performance and client satisfaction.
Residential Sales Professional responsibilities include but are not limited to identifying and prospecting potential customers in the HVAC industry including contractors, builders, and property owners.
Build strong relationships with existing and new customers to promote customer loyalty and repeat business.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Negotiate and close sales deals while following company pricing and profitability guidelines.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as installation to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
Monitoring and meeting sales goals set by the General Manager.
Qualifications:
Experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC Industry
Strong leadership skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Excellent Time Management Skills
Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective sales strategies
Customer-centric approach with strong relationship-building abilities
