What You’ll Do:
- Be the face of our company, meeting clients on-site, understanding their needs, and translating them into winning proposals.
- Present proposals, address concerns, and negotiate contracts to secure deals.
- Oversee projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and to client satisfaction.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients, keeping them informed and addressing concerns promptly. Provide regular reports on project progress and budget adherence.
- Foster long-term client relationships, proactively identifying new opportunities and providing excellent customer service.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing to optimize sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (estimating, operations, etc.) to ensure project success and client satisfaction.

- Participating in industry events and conferences.
- Contributing to developing and implementing sales strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and salesmanship abilities.
- Proficient in project management methodologies.
- Understanding of the construction industry and construction practices.
- Self-motivated and a team player.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bonus skills:
- Previous experience in asphalt, asphalt maintenance and/or similarly related field
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
- Knowledge of construction estimating and marketing software.

- Competitive, commission-based payment structure, with annual draw: Earn what you deserve with the potential to make $75,000 - $190,000 annually based on your performance. The exact commission-based structure to be mutually negotiated based on the applicant’s experience.
