Strong retail management skills
Experienced in the grocery industry including produce, meat department and customer service etc.
Must be Bi-lilingual and Spanish -English speaking .
Must have experience of grocery market Managing of minimum of 3 years
Responsibilities
Assist customers with inquiries and provide product recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including stocking shelves and ensuring products are properly displayed.
Manage cash handling processes, including operating the cash register and processing transactions accurately.
Support shift management by overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with store policies.
Participate in employee orientation and training development to foster a knowledgeable team environment.
Conduct regular price checks and assist in maintaining accurate pricing throughout the store.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall store performance.
Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory levels and assist in ordering products as needed.
Skills
Previous experience in retail management or as an assistant manager is preferred.
Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in transaction processing.
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
Ability to manage shifts effectively while ensuring operational efficiency.
Experience in training development is a plus, enabling you to guide new associates successfully.
Proficiency in retail math to assist with pricing, inventory management, and sales analysis.
A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
