Demonstrates established knowledge and skill in performing set-ups and operating machines.
Studies blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, purifications, or sample part to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work piece, sequined of operations, and setup requirements.
Select multiple-purpose and general-purpose brakes dies. Set dies and stops and adjust ram for varying plate thickness.
Starts and observes machine operation to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining and adjusts machine controls or control media as required. Perform routine machine maintenance.
Confers with engineers, production personnel, programmers, or others to resolve machining or assembly problems.
Weekend shift is scheduled to work Friday thru Sunday 6am to 6pm, 40 hours paid with a total of 36 hours worked per weekend. Also included a 30 minute paid lunch each day worked.
