PRODUCTION WORKERS NEEDED IMMEDIATELY
Duties and Responsibilities:
This position is meant to ensure that the customer receives the best quality product possible. This position is the last to see the product prior to being shipped to the customer. Each employee should have a working understanding of their role in supporting the Food Safety Management System and the food safety hazards of the job to which they are assigned.
Removing plastic bags from the machine, transfer the bundles to a wire wicket, inspect and place in boxes.
Obtain and sorts product.
Starts and stop machine.
Remove defective bags.
Product is rubber banded at the bottom and then placed in a box.
Weighs container and adjusts quantity.
Label containers.
Stacking boxes on pallets.
Inspects materials, products and containers at each step of packaging process.
Reports information such as weight, time and date packaged
Complete quality checks.
Fill out spec sheets.
Enter production information into the computer.
Qualifications:
At least 3 months of previous warehouse/manufacturing experience
Ability to lift 60+ pounds
MUST be able to work 12 hour rotating shifts: 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am!
Excellent attendance and flexibility to work overtime when needed
Must be able to read a tape measure and have basic mathematical skills
Pay: $14.27 per hour plus amazing benefits!
