We are looking for a part-time/temporary Recruiter to take over the duties below while current staff is out on leave.
This position is responsible for full cycle recruitment process: preparing, sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring and onboarding.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications
Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it
Develop or update job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
Perform reference checks as needed
Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
Manage onboarding and new hire process
Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
Manage the internal transfers and promotion process.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Ability to meet I-9 requirements
Ability to pass Washington State Criminal Background Check per WAC
Ability to meet insurance requirement established by Elmview’s insurance carrier when driving company-owned vehicles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Ability to handle difficult situations in a professional manner
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
Must be at least 18 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
Minimum 1 year of full cycle recruitment experience
