Big Country Family Dental was established 40 years ago in Ellensburg, WA and was acquired by Dr. Sarah in 2023. Dr. Sarah is a dentist committed to continuing education, having the latest technology and doing right by her patients and staff. Daily Record rated us as “Best of Kittitas County” in 2023. Compensation includes an hourly rate, PTO, paid holidays, 401k, health/dental coverage, and bonuses.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Valid state dental license in good standing
- Proficiency in using dental software systems for patient management and treatment planning, dentrix software experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong knowledge of dental procedures, techniques, and best practices
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex dental concepts to patients
- Knowledge of medical terminology, medical imaging, and vital signs assessment
- Attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality patient care
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound clinical judgments
