We are a family practice seeking a new addition to our team. We are looking for an energetic, productive, self-motivated, highly accountable, professional, who has a current Washington Dental Assisting License. Applicant must have a DESIRE to challenge themselves with new and cutting edge technologies. Must be a good team member and work well with a large variety of people. Needs to be highly motivated to complete multiple tasks quickly and efficiently. If you are looking to be part of a team and a place to grow, we are the office for you! We would love to obtain a member with experience as a dental assistant but are willing to train on the job for someone interested in a rewarding career.
This is a full time position 4 days a week 7:45am-5pm
Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Basic knowledge of dental anatomy, materials and instruments
- Ability to read and write in dental and some medical terminology
- Knowledge and efficiency in taking radiographs with minimal retakes
- Schedule patient appointments
Required Licenses: WA State Dental Assistant Registration.
NOTE Dental assistants who have yet to receive their Washington Dental Assisting License will not be allowed to perform some duties until approval of license. Prior to approval, the employee will be allowed to observe and assist with paperwork as a receptionist role only. Pay may be altered to reflect title of receptionist until license is obtained.
Bilingual abilities are a PLUS!
