✅ Prior experience in meat processing or similar roles
✅ Strong knife skills and knowledge of meat cuts
✅ Attention to detail and food safety standards
✅ Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods
✅ Dependable, team-oriented professionals
Preferred Qualifications:
Food safety certification
Experience with sausage making or smoked meats
Retail or customer service background
