CNC MachinistJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Machinist to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for machining a wide variety of parts, ranging from small segments to larger components such as pistons and cylinders. You will work with materials including stainless steel, mild steel, titanium, and aluminum. The role involves operating various CNC machines using the G code language and DNC control software.Responsibilities
Set up and operate a variety of machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, shapers, hobs, and precision grinders.
Use machinist’s hand tools and precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy.
Make standard shop computations relating to dimensions of work and tooling.
Monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical processes or VIP standards.
Prepare machines for production by inspecting parts for malfunctions and troubleshooting when necessary.
Regulate machining by utilizing machine instrumentation knowledge and adjusting controls.
Meet production deadlines by following manufacturing schedules and procedures.
Cross-train on multiple machines if performance excels.

We support major clients in the aerospace industry, including military entities. The facility operates Monday to Friday, with shifts available on swing or grave. The third shift runs from 10 PM to 6:30 AM with a 15% shift premium. This position will train on day shifts before transitioning fully to the third shift.
