What You'll Do:

Maintain and update reports and registries for the PCHH team, overseeing all registry work, including outreach, scheduling, and documentation. Ensure compliance with workflows and procedures by reviewing registry data

Perform audits for invasive procedures, in-house labs, and other PCHH data and initiatives, providing audit documentation. Identify and communicate process improvement ideas to staff

Assist with the Release of Information forms, subpoenas, and court orders, forwarding them to the HIM department. Handle sorting and distributing mail and faxes to appropriate recipients

Support Obstetrics (OB) by running reports, maintaining the OB log, and providing consent forms to the hospital. Offer chart review support to PAs and NPs, forwarding reviews to physicians and maintaining a log

Qualifications:

High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)

Associate's Degree or Certificate from an accredited technical school

One year's experience working in an office setting, preferably a medical or dental office

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required at level 9 for bilingual differential pay

Ability to prioritize work and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously, with frequent interruptions

Ability to effectively interact with patients, providers, and staff in a professional manner

Basic proficiency in Electronic Medical Records, Word, and Excel

Basic knowledge of medical terminology is desired
