The Student Financial Services Communications Center (SFS CC) Customer Service Specialist independently provides information, advice, and counsel on a variety of federal, state, and institutional financial aid and student account policies and procedures. The position also provides information on scholarships, loans, grants, awards, employment opportunities, and student accounts in response to requests for assistance. In this capacity, the incumbent plays a critical role in the University’s recruitment and retention efforts.
