- Responsible for the entire analytical process, from sample preparation through data analysis using equipment such as HPLC.
- Knowledge of calibration and operation of HPLC system with empower software.
- Hands on experience in handling equipment like HPLC, Dionex, GC, UV Visible Spectrophotometer.
- Write and review Standard Operating Procedures for assays and qualifications associated with timelines.
- Knowledge on Analytical Method Validation.
- Periodically present results and summarize progress to team members.
- Maintain instrumentation in the laboratory.
- Applicant must have problem solving skills, be able to develop plans for implementation of experiments, and contribute to the analytical group planning.
- BS, Life Science with minimum 2+ years of experience in HPLC
- Should have good communication and writing skills.
- Understanding of ICH, WHO TRS, pharmacopeia guidelines and requirements for vaccine testing.
- Working experience with Vaccine testing.
- Experience prolonged standing, some bending, stooping, and stretching.
- Use hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate equipment in lab.
- Ability to sit for long periods to work on a computer.
- Potential for exposure to hazardous chemicals, gases, fumes, odors, and other hazardous materials.
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment including safety glasses, lab coat, gloves and respiratory protection in some cases
