The Shipping and Installation Manager is responsible for the movement of campers at Lone Peak HQ. Whether they are getting shipped, installed, or we’re receiving parts to build them, this will be your domain to own and conquer.
Responsibilities
Palletize all QC’d campers by the end of each week, this includes HQ install and Shipping both
Load and unload any deliveries. This includes Campers shipping out along with any inbound freight deliveries
Keep the Yard Organization updated at all times, noting where each camper is located
Ensure every camper in the yard is covered
Manage all Camper HQ Installations
Perform Walkthroughs as needed
Be familiar with various battery options and wiring to be able to install customer provided batteries
Ship out any miscellaneous customer orders on a daily basis
Drop off packages to UPS or the Post Office as needed
Manage all tasks detailed in the Receiving SOP
Requirements
Strong initiative
Customer Service Skills - Ability to make customers feel welcome when they arrive for installations
Fork Lift Certified
Detail Oriented
Ability to work with your hands and assist other departments when necessary (assist with assembly, builds, etc).
