Position Overview:
As the Outdoor Head Grower, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our outdoor cannabis
cultivation operations. From planting to harvesting, you'll ensure that every step of the growing process is
executed with precision and care. This is a full-time position with duties akin to those of a seasoned
farmer, demanding commitment, expertise, and a relentless dedication to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise all aspects of outdoor cannabis cultivation, including planting, watering, pruning,
pest control, and harvesting.
Develop and implement cultivation strategies to optimize plant health, yield, and quality.
Monitor environmental conditions and adjust cultivation practices as needed to maximize plant
performance and mitigate risks.
Train and mentor cultivation team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards governing cannabis cultivation.
Implement and adhere to strict health, safety, and security protocols to ensure a safe working
environment for all team members.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial-scale outdoor cannabis cultivation.
Extensive knowledge of cannabis cultivation techniques, including soil management, irrigation systems,
and pest management.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on precision and quality.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
Familiarity with cannabis regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
