We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Landscape Crew Leader to lead our install crew through a variety of landscape and irrigation projects. If you’re reliable, experienced, and ready to lead from the front, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team on landscape and irrigation installation projects
Install plants, trees, decorative rock, bark, retaining walls, etc.
Install and repair irrigation systems
Install pavers
Handle irrigation winterizing and spring activation
Operate equipment including mini excavators and Bobcat track machines
Perform snow removal during winter months
Conduct basic equipment repairs when needed
Read and follow landscape design plans
Maintain a clean, safe, and productive jobsite
Requirements:
2+ years experience in landscape installation (leadership experience preferred)
Strong understanding of irrigation systems and general landscape construction
Ability to operate and maintain landscape equipment
Valid driver’s license
Good communication and crew management skills
Ability to work in all weather conditions
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
