We're a small crew out of Wenatchee doing new construction and remodel.
We're looking for someone with significant experience in all stages of construction.
We do everything right now. dirt work, foundations, framing, and finish.
The right applicant will be able to read and build accurately off of blueprints.
I'm on the jobsite earning my own wage, but I need someone who i can leave in charge when necessary and someone I can bounce ideas off of when we need to solve a problem. We're in the middle of a project building massive timber frame decks right now and we have three structures to go. The buildings have been settling since the 60's so I need someone who knows how to use a laser and when to favor a good reveal over dead level.
Our current project requires moving large timber by hand. We tag team everything that we can, but it's heavy work.
We work 4-10's when the temps are cool enough, and 8's through the heat of summer.
Federal Holidays + 2 weeks vacation accrued the first year with increases after.
