Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Automotive Service Advisor/Writer to join our team of skilled professionals. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to work in a clean, organized, and well-equipped shop with NO WEEKENDS OR LATE NIGHTS, allowing you to enjoy more quality time with your family and friends. As an experienced Automotive Service Advisor/Writer at Midvalley Automotive, you will play a crucial role in customer satisfaction. The service advisors are usually the first and, most time, the last interaction the customer has with the company which is important to the success of our business. The primary job of this position is selling customers the recommended services and repairs made by the technicians based on the customer needs, goals and desires. This role also assists in the administrative and customer service aspect of the business.

Key Responsibilities Included, but are not limited to:
Greeting everyone that walks through the door.
Answering phone calls, emails, text messages, and any social media requests politely and with enthusiasm.
Address customer concerns and inquiries with professionalism and expertise.
Collaborate effectively with the Service Advisor Manager, fellow advisors, shop foreman, and customers, providing exceptional customer service.
Ability to sell
Writing estimates, calling customers, and finding and ordering parts.
Checking out customers and collecting payment.
Answer detailed questions from customers about services preformed and price information.
Light cleaning of lobby
Running a shuttle if needed
Participate in ongoing training, including videos, seminars, conferences, and other development opportunities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an automotive service advisor/writer with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
Uphold a strong work ethic, integrity, time management skills, and attention to detail.
Phone and computer skills are a must.
Expect you to be an attentive listener and a master at executing all the service processes with due diligence and always with customer service in mind.
Contribute to a positive and professional team environment.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong customer service and selling skills.
Clean and valid driver's license
Communicate in English
Knowledge of automotive repairs would be great, but not required.
Compensation:
Base plus commission on sales. Ability to earn over $100K a year.
