Inside sales/customer service job description:

 Answering calls:Handling a large volume of inbound and outbound calls in a

timely manner

 Identifying customer needs:Clarifying desired information and researching

issues to resolve problems

 Sell new services to new customers and identifying what they need

 Knowledge of basic pest control (training available)

 Providing solutions:Offering customer assistance and support, and

implementing solutions

 Following scripts:Using communication scripts while speaking to callers, but

going off-script when necessary

 Up-selling:Recognizing opportunities to sell additional services or products needed

 Maintaining databases:Entering information into the call center database and

updating customer databases

 Handling alerts/tasks requested by the technicians in a timely manner

Call center representatives should have excellent communication skills,

including verbal communication with proper grammar, and be able to work

well with others for we believe we have the best team in town!They should also have soft skills like empathy, patience,

professionalism, adaptability, teamwork, and conflict resolution.
