Job Title: Flagstone Yard Associate

Job Type: Part-Time, 1-3 days/week
Salary: $16.66-$19.00 DOE
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Flagstone Yard Associate to join our team at a natural stone retail yard. This role combines customer service, equipment operation, and manual labor in an outdoor environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers with selecting and loading natural flagstone
Operate heavy machinery (e.g., forklift / loaders) to move and organize stone
Process sales using Square point-of-sale system
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard and retail space
Perform yard maintenance, including using a weed whacker
Follow all safety procedures and protocols
Provide excellent customer service and answer phone calls on product-related questions
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid drivers license
Must pass a drug test and background check
Ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 80 lbs regularly)
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication and customer service skills
