Automotive Sales Consultant
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our sales team As a full time Automotive Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for helping our customers find their perfect vehicle by providing high-quality customer service and guiding them through the car buying process. You should have a strong desire to learn of the automotive industry, be detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner to determine their needs and preferences
Demonstrating vehicles and providing detailed information on features and specifications
Conducting test drives and answering customer questions about the driving experience
Communicating pricing options, financing, and trade-in values to customers
Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles in our inventory and their features
Providing exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale
Collaborating with other members of the sales team and management to achieve sales goals and objectives
Assisting with vehicle delivery and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process
Following up with customers post-sale to ensure their satisfaction and encourage future business
