Local data center hiring for Data Center Technician (entry level) and Supervisor positions. We are a growing small business looking for hard-working, responsible, and self-motivated individuals. Ideal candidates will have experience working with computers and troubleshooting/maintenance.
Daily tasks could include: building computers/servers, maintaining equipment, troubleshooting, prioritizing tasks, following safety procedures, communicating with teammates/supervisors, and quality control.
Soft skills and attitude are more important than specific experience. Strong communication skills, the ability to follow a process, following safety protocols, adapting to new ideas, maintaining focus while completing repetitive tasks, and following routines.
The job will be on-site at our facility in East Wenatchee. Physical requirements include: standing for long periods of time, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, fine motor skills, ability to lift/carry 50lbs or more.
Competitive compensation based on experience and responsibilities. Supervisor positions require experience managing people and processes in a high pressure environment.
