Eastside Cycleworks in Leavenworth WA is looking for a part-time, weekend, sales associate. Weekend availability is absolutely essential.
This person will be responsible for our sales floor and sending out our premium demo fleet of mountain bikes as well as basic rentals. Top-tier interpersonal skills are important as well as knowledge/passion for bikes.
Essential duties:
-Use interpersonal skills to create a welcoming environment
-Chat about sick bikes with customers
-Rent out bikes to customers and suggest routes, trails in the area
-Sell parts and accessories
-Stay abreast at latest industry technology
-Run cash register/rental reservation platform
Qualifications
-Passion for bikes
-Friendly attitude and an understanding of all kinds of cyclists from commuters to hardcore riders
-Bike shop experience a bonus
-18 years old +
-Weekend availability
