We utilize an ERP system (Unleashed Inventory) to track our parts and BOMs. The Production Manager is responsible for placing orders and ensuring stock levels are accurate.
Organization and Documentation - As the business grows things must remain organized and SOPs must be created and followed to maintain excellence in everything we do. It is the Operations Manager’s responsibility to create, maintain, and get buy-in for these processes.
Management of Direct Reports- Oversee direct reports. Dictate and ensure department goals are being achieved.
Customer Experience and Satisfaction - Customer service is one of our highest priorities. The Operations Manager keeps a pulse on customer satisfaction and finds solutions to issues when they arise.
Continuous Improvement in all areas - Our culture embraces always growing and making things better around us. This role is responsible for identifying issues and implementing solutions to resolve them.
