Law Firm seeks highly motivated, dependable, loyal, outgoing Legal Assistant to assist attorney with daily clerical duties. Duties will include, but are not limited to greeting customers and clients, answering phone calls and directing them to appropriate staff. Client communication, managing calendars and drafting letters. Interpret and translate documents as needed. Must have excellent writing skills and possess the following traits:
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office or

Additional Job Duties:
Use printers and scanners
Maintain office equipment- order supplies
Check emails
Maintain client files in alphabetical order
File documents in respected client files
Check-in clients for appointment
Take payments
File and serve documents to the courthouse and local attorney offices.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
9:00AM to 2:00PM
25 hours per week to start - May lead to full time employment!
Education:
High School Diploma
Language:
Must be fluent in English and Spanish
