Job Description:
We are looking for a part-time hybrid Bookkeeper / Admin. Assistant to help us with various administrative tasks and bookkeeping duties. This position will start off with approximately 12 to 20 hours per week, with the possibility of more hours as the company grows. The ideal candidate will be proficient with Quickbooks.
Responsibilities:
Manage the company's bookkeeping tasks using Quickbooks
Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
Assist with administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records
Perform other duties as assigned
Assist with HR and Marketing Tasks
Requirements:
Reliable, Trustworthy, & Ethical
Proficiency with Quickbooks (Ideal but can provide training, if needed)
Some knowledge of the construction industry is a plus
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Flexible schedule and ability to work from home as needed
Compensation: To be Further Negotiated (DOE $25/Hr)
Schedule: To be further defined (Example: Tues./Wed./Thurs. 9am - 2pm)
