Full time position, Monday through Thursday with 3 day weekends.
Starting wage $16.28 an hour.
INCENTIVE PAY PROGRAM AVAILABLE.
Based off attendance, production output, and longevity of employment; average total pay could go to $17.00 - $21.00hr.
Applicants with commercial sewing experience could start with a higher wage.
Job Description:
Commercial sewing machine operator. Includes sewing clothing and/or backpack accessories. This is mostly a position where you are operating various commercial sewing machines. Attention to detail is very important, for upholding Coaxsher's high standard of quality. You can wear your headphones and listen to music/audio books while working. Coaxsher will provide all of the necessary training to work with commercial machines and to learn the building process of our products.
Additional duties include sitting, standing, bending, lifting, manipulating small fabric parts.
