We are seeking a Full Time farm hand to assist us on our Organic Farm. A great attitude, punctuality, and hard work are all that is required for this position. This is a great opportunity to learn how to grow produce on a small commercial level from the ground up!
Duties include:
-Dirt Work (Broad forking, cultivating, spreading compost, raking)
-Nursery Work (Starting Seeds, Potting up starts, watering, fertilizing, pruning)
-Field Work (Irrigation instillation, Planting, Fertilizing, Cultivating, Harvesting)
-Post Harvest (Washing Greens, Packing Orders, Delivering Orders)
- Farmers Market (Transporting, Setup, Sales, Breakdown)
-Landscaping Food Forests and other areas of the farm
