We are now hiring entry level and experienced craftsmen to join our crews that travel WA State restoring log homes! Our 4 man crew teams work (4) 10 hour workdays Monday-Thursday, with 3 day weekends off! Our 4-man crews travel together and stay together in hotels during the M-Thurs work week (when working out of town). Our company pays hotels and travel time to projects, no license required to apply, but can be a plus if you do have a valid DL with a good driving history. Duties include: Power washing, media blasting, power sanding, window masking, airless spraying, chinking, and other duties to get the job done alongside your crew members. You must be able to climb and work off ladders, follow safety procedures, and wear appropriate work attire on job sites. We will train you quickly, we supply shirts, sweatshirts, hats and all safety items. You supply white painter's pants, work shoes, and a great attitude, this job is for a hard working person who takes pride in their work and enjoys restoring log homes back to new condition. Pay $18 to start entry level we have to train, experienced workers/supervisors pay DOE let's talk, we want the best working for MM!
