Responsibilities:
Oversee HR functions, align strategies with firm's goals.
Lead recruitment, attract top talent, execute recruitment strategies.
Develop onboarding programs, ensure smooth assimilation.
Implement performance systems, guide improvement plans.
Identify training needs, coordinate workshops, promote growth.
Address employee issues, maintain positive environment.
Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance.
Uphold labor laws, update policies, ensure compliance.
Collaborate on compensation, administer benefits.
Analyze HR data, prepare reports, aid decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
5+ years HR experience, preferably in finance/accounting.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving skills.
Proactive, resourceful, discreet, ethical.
Proficient in HR software, certifications preferred.
Thorough knowledge of HR concepts, policies, practices.
Ability to handle sensitive situations with tact.
Team player, strong analytical and prioritization skills.
