Stemilt's Human Capital Change Management / Annual Projects Analyst, who also serves as a Human Capital Business Partner (HCBP) alongside the team, is at the forefront of organizational transformation and progress. Key responsibilities include leading the planning, execution, and tracking of annual projects to align with organizational goals, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. With exceptional communication and organizational skills, this role supports Human Capital by providing extraordinary customer service, managing project budgets, and acting as a strategic partner. In addition to supporting Stemilter engagement, the Change Management / Annual Projects Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams, addresses stakeholder concerns, and implements metrics to assess project success, all while staying updated on industry best practices. Exceptional organizational skills are a must for success in this role.

Additional Responsibilities:

Annual Projects Management

Lead the planning, execution, and tracking of annual projects to ensure alignment with organizational goals, objectives, and timelines.

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.

Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Prepare regular project status reports for stakeholders and leadership, highlighting key achievements, challenges, issues, and recommendations.

Change Management

Assess the impact of annual projects on organizational processes, teams, and individuals.

Develop strategies to address potential resistance and ensure successful adoption of changes.

Create detailed communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about project progress and changes (including emails, presentations, and newsletters)

Coordinate the delivery of appropriate training programs with training professionals to facilitate the transition to new processes, systems, and/or procedures.

Identify stakeholders, assess their readiness for change, and engage them in the change process.

Collaborate with leadership to articulate the vision for change and its benefits to the organization, fostering alignment and support.

Measure the effectiveness of change initiatives, gather feedback, and recommend improvements.

Stakeholder Collaboration

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including departments like HR, IT, finance, and operations, to align project and change management efforts (understand their needs, concerns, and expectations related to projects and changes).

Foster positive relationships with cross-functional teams, department heads, and other stakeholders.

Address stakeholder questions and concerns, promoting ownership and collaboration.

Metrics and Evaluation

Implement metrics to assess the success of annual projects and change initiatives.

Analyze data and feedback to identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities.

Stay up to date with industry best practices in change management and project management, integrating new techniques as relevant.

Experience:

Proven experience in change management and project management, including successful execution of complex projects.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Analytical mindset with the ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Organizational Psychology, or related field.

Strong understanding of change management methodologies, tools, and techniques.

Relevant certifications such as Prosci Change Management or PMP are a plus.
