Are you detail-oriented, dependable, and passionate about creating a safe environment for patients and staff? We’re looking for a Sterilization Technician to join our friendly and professional dental team!
What You’ll Do:
Clean, disinfect, and sterilize dental instruments and equipment
Maintain sterilization logs and ensure compliance with OSHA and CDC standards
Assist with infection control protocols throughout the office
Organize and prepare treatment trays for procedures
Support the clinical team as needed to ensure efficient patient care
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in dental sterilization or infection control (preferred but not required — we’re willing to train the right person!)
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
A team player with a positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
