About the Position
Yonder Cider will soon open a new taproom in Cashmere, WA (target date of early August) and is looking to build its team! We are seeking hard-working and passionate individuals to join our Cashmere taproom team as a Taproom Bartender. This is an hourly position. Full-time positions (approx. 30-40 hours/week) and part-time positions (approx 16-30 hours/week) are available and will have regularly scheduled shifts A minimum of at least one weekend shift will be required. Taproom hours of operation will be Tues-Fri 3-8pm, Sat-Sun 12-8pm, and may expand or contract depending on the needs once open and the season.

Yonder Cider is a rapidly growing cidery based out of Wenatchee, Washington, with a taproom in Seattle, and soon-to-be taproom in Cashmere. Woman owned and established in 2020, we are currently distributed throughout Washington state, Oregon and Idaho. Picked and pressed in Wenatchee, Washington – the heart of Apple Country – we create cider that's as balanced, bright and complex as the land itself. Crafted using a blend of bittersweet cider apples and juicy dessert apples, our ciders are hardly simple, and never straightforward, but you can always count on them being interesting.

- Provide excellent customer service

- Work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment
- Maintain proper safety and cleanliness standards
DESIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Knowledge of and interest in the craft cider and beer industries
- Positive, upbeat, and enthusiastic outlook and attitude
- Prior bar/restaurant/taproom bartending experience
- Exceptional customer service skills and a love for working with people
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong, reliable work ethic and self-motivated personality
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and bend for long periods of time
- Ability to move cases and kegs (both empty and full), and operate a hand truck
COMPENSATION $18 per hour + tips
