The Tumwater Bakery, a new start up bakery in Leavenworth, WA, is seeking to fill the following positions:
Front of House Manager (Part Time)- Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. 3pm-9:30pm Duties include managing wait staff, pouring beer and wine, scheduling, etc.
Prep Cook- (Part-time) Experienced morning prep cook needed to prep sandwich/salad and soups. Also helping with breakfast and lunch service. Hours: 5am-1pm, Thrsday-Sunday.
Pizza Cooks- Part time, 4pm-9pm Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Experience running a wood fired pizza oven is a plus. Job includes making salads, sandwiches and pizza.
Dishwasher- (Full-time) Morning shift 8am-4pm Thursday-Monday.
Wait Staff- (Part-time) Thursday-Sunday 3:30-9:30

The Tumwater Bakery is a new bread bakery opening this winter. We will be offering a line of artisan hearth baked breads, morning pastries, sandwiches, salads and wood fired pizzas all in an 80+ seat restaurant in the newly renovated Tumwater Inn building in down town Leavenworth.
