Location: 1 Hour from Wenatchee – Reliable Transportation Required
Schedule: Wednesday through Sunday required
Wildflour, an award-winning, chef-driven restaurant specializing in Northwest and Northern Italian-inspired cuisine, is hiring an experienced Line Cook to join our fast-paced, focused team. This position is for someone who thrives on the line, works cleanly under pressure, and takes pride in consistency, execution, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute dishes to spec during high-volume service with consistency and accuracy
Stay organized and clean on the line at all times
Prep your station daily and contribute to shared kitchen prep as needed
Communicate clearly with fellow cooks and front-of-house during service
Uphold kitchen standards of cleanliness, timing, and teamwork
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
2+ years line cooking experience in a professional kitchen
Strong knife skills and ability to follow direction without ego
Respect for ingredients, tools, and the brigade structure
Reliability: you must be able to work Wednesday through Sunday without issue
Reliable transportation – non-negotiable due to remote location
