Javelina is currently hiring!
We're looking to add a full-time evening cook & a barista/counter server to our small team.
Pay lands between 25-30 an hour in the busy season, and 20-25 an hour in the offseason. A daily shift meal is also included in your compensation.
Javelina is a from-scratch and seasonal fast casual restaurant. We source quality local ingredients to incorporate into our menu and use for specials.
You would be learning scratch made cooking techniques and service from a management team with multiple decades of fine dining restaurant experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Prep
Cooking and Assembly During Service
Contributing to the organization and cleanliness of the dish area
General Clean Up
Working together as a team to achieve our goals and build customers for life!
Our ideal candidate will be clean and organized, flexible, willing to learn, detail oriented, and have a strong desire to produce excellence.
A WA Food Handler's Permit is required for employment, and you must have reliable transportation. A class 12 MAST permit is a bonus, but NOT required.
Working hours would be roughly from 11am-6pm Thursday through Monday with the ability to pick up extra catering shifts during events.
