Hotel Pension Anna in Leavenworth is hiring for Front Desk - Innkeeper position.
We are a small, family run boutique hotel with a tight knit team that has been with us for many years. Hotel Pension Anna is one of the top ranked hotels in Leavenworth (see Google reviews and TripAdvisor awards).
We are looking to find the right new team member who thrives working independently and can handle the responsibility of being the face of Pension Anna and managing full day operations of the hotel during their shifts.
Our role is FULL TIME. Must be available on weekends and holidays. Currently 40 hours in 3.5 day shifts available
This is an opportunity for someone who is energetic, hospitable, and eager to work in or learn the boutique hotel industry. You'll need a positive attitude, a strong sense of work ethic, impeccable cleanliness, and the ability and passion for hosting groups of people. Previous experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

What we offer:
- $20/hr
- Bonuses: 3 per year based on hotel performance (in 2023 averaged additional $6+ per hour worked in bonuses)
