Facilities and Grounds Manager (Leavenworth, WA)

Sleeping Lady Mountain Resort, a premier resort destination in Leavenworth, Washington, is seeking a Facilities and Grounds Manager for the Maintenance Department. This position provides an effective management and leadership framework for planning, directing, coordinating and improving services throughout the property. This position supervises 6-8 year round and seasonal employees, and reports to the Rooms Division Director.

The successful candidate will have management or supervisory experience. A working knowledge of property systems (HVAC, electrical, grounds, etc.) is required for planning and maintenance purposes. No licensing or certifications required. The ability to speak, read and write proficiently in English, do basic math computation, ability to problem solve, commit to a variety of days/nights and weekend shifts, and a positive, courteous, respectful attitude at all times, are essential components of this position. Candidates must possess or have the ability to obtain a valid driver's license, provide an acceptable driving abstract, complete and pass a fit for work physical and pre-employment drug test. Sleeping Lady is a smoke and drug free employer. The Facilities and Grounds Manager is a full-time, exempt position.
