CSR
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide excellent customer service and greet visitors
Assisting customers with small parts purchases or fabrication requests
Receive and field phone calls and emails
Provide basic troubleshooting to customers
Manage Intermedia phone messages and voice menus
Maintain office area upkeep including requesting supplies as needed
Filing and maintenance of Accounts Payable
Customer data management throughout QuickBooks desktop, and Service Titan Filed Management
Coordinating service department scheduling and job preparation including reminders
Monitoring work order completion and follow ups
Assisting with general filing and follow up as needed
Report discrepancies to direct superior for correction
Closing shop at the end of the day
