This position is as an assistant/secretary to the business owners. We operate multiple businesses. The position is full time with typical hours of 8AM to 4:30PM Monday through Friday. Location Leavenworth vicinity
Duties include:
Answering phones (approx 15 calls/day)
Receiving payments/ Paying bills / Bookkeeping on Quicken (2 to 3 hrs/week) Billing (8 hours at end of month)
Making bank deposits
Maintaining lists and spreadsheets
Preparing reports
Drafting letters
Managing files and records
Anything else that needs done !
Ideal applicant would be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email) and Quicken. Must have good phone voice and good communication skills.
Discretion, Multi-tasking and good organizational skills are paramount in this position.
Salary commensurate with experience/skill.
