Strategic Communications Content Specialist

BryceTech is looking for a Communications Content Specialist to join our team and help Air Force’s AFWERX program in executing communication strategies, content creation, and strategic planning. The selected candidate will work directly with the Air Force Program Management Office (PMO). The candidate must have strong communications skills and be able to travel as required.Responsibilities include:Support and implement communication strategies to support organizational goals.Develop engaging and high-quality content and marketing products for various platforms, including social media, press releases, reports, etc. for in reach and outreach.Manage the organization’s content calendar to ensure timely and consistent communication.Provide technical writing support, editing and proof-reading high-quality written materials.Build and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and media contacts to ensure consistent and cohesive messaging across all channels.Monitor industry trends and audience insights to refine strategies and keep communications fresh, relevant, and effectiveAssess and analyze communications efforts, providing data-driven insights to inform future strategies.Align communication efforts with organizational goals, ensuring that messaging supports and enhances strategic initiatives.
