Opportunity at a GlanceThe Senior Manager, Growth and Insights will partner with the University's enrollment, advising, campus operations, clinical operations, academic and product management teams – as well as Adtalem's centralized customer excellence, marketing, workforce solutions teams to; 1) analyze data and develop data-driven insights that can drive short and long-term strategies for growth, 2) develop proposals and support high impact, cross-functional growth projects directly related to Chamberlain’s ongoing business and transformation and 3) conduct analysis to monitor and assess Chamberlain KPIs and project/initiative performance.In this role, the Senior Manager will be key in supporting the University, its executive team, and functional leaders in advancing student outcomes, growing the institution and winning market share. The Senior Manager will partner with the team to develop data-driven and actionable insights to help drive revenue, enrollment growth, market share, persistence, and gross margin improvements. In addition, the Senior Manager will track and drive common insights from leading indicators from cross-functional departments - such as lead mix and volume, website performance, admissions conversion rates, cohort retention rates, persistence rates, student satisfaction, and program profitability among others.    Chamberlain University seeks an individual who can think strategically while supporting and driving results.  They will have strong analytical capabilities and the ability to drive insights - and then drive action from those insights. This individual will have a strong understanding of higher education and online learning and/or a comparable industry. A bias towards action and speed of execution will be beneficial as it is imperative for the University to improve its competitiveness and drive growth. 

ResponsibilitiesBecome immersed in business operations to be able to pro-actively identify data/insights requirements. Generate insights using available data software as well as code to develop new data models. Triangulate data insights with operating and financial performance to generate cohesive 'problem statements' for the functional teams to resolve.Establish full view of varied data sources/data types/storage formats/access across cross functional teams. Refine and (where needed) develop a comprehensive set of dashboards to track performance against PY and targets – with a focus on developing and integrating a suite of cross-cutting (e.g., across marketing, enrollment, retention, academics) key institution-level views – and the “roll up/roll down” versions of these at the team and individual levels to drive coherent performance management. Develop CU's own single 'source of truth' data repository covering all functions.Independently, or in collaboration with Adtalem's Data & Reporting and Advanced Analytics team, develop business intelligence tools and/or one-time ad hoc analysis and reports to meet the needs of Chamberlain's strategic projects, in particular to support enrollment, retention, academic, and pricing optimization.Produce simplified "storylines" of insights for ease of comprehension and actionability by team.Performs other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standards
