Program Analyst

Overview:The International Trade Administration’s Industry & Analysis (I&A) unit is seeking detail-oriented and solutions-driven Program Analysts at the junior, mid, and senior levels to support a range of strategic, operational, and analytical functions across its portfolio.These roles offer an opportunity to support U.S. industry competitiveness, export promotion, and trade policy implementation by applying analytical rigor to programs that have real economic impact. You will work alongside federal and contractor teams to develop insights, improve systems, and enhance the effectiveness of I&A’s mission.Key Responsibilities (Vary by Level):Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to support programs, projects, or policy decisionsReview and monitor program performance, schedules, budgets, and resource allocationsDevelop recommendations for process improvements, resource planning, and operational efficiencyPrepare reports, briefing materials, presentations, and dashboards for senior leadershipCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, requirements, and stakeholder feedbackSupport testing, validation, and implementation of new systems or business processesIdentify risks and propose mitigation strategies to support program successPerform independent research and present findings to internal and external audiences
